Postage & Delivery
Postage
For orders containing retail products only, we charge a flat rate of £2.25 for postage and packaging regardless of the size of the order. For clarity, a retail order is an order which does not include any of the products from within the 'Wholesale Rigid Gift Boxes' section.
Orders for Wholesale Rigid Gift Boxes will automatically attract a charge of £9.95 + VAT and will be sent via courier.
If an order contains both retail products and wholesale rigid gift boxes, only one delivery charge of £9.95 + VAT will be applied. In this situation, the retail items will be sent via First Class Recorded Delivery and the wholesale boxes will be sent via courier so customers should expect two separate deliveries.
Delivery
Please note that we currently only accept orders from and deliver to customers within the United Kingdom.
If orders are received before 12 midday Monday to Friday, we aim to despatch on the same day. We do try to keep stock of all products shown on our web site. However, if a product is out of stock for any reason, it may not be possible to despatch goods on the same day. We will inform you of any issues. Orders placed after 12 midday will be despatched the following working day provided that they are in stock.
Orders can be placed via our website at any time.
IMPORTANT
All retail orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery* which aims for next working day delivery. Packages will require a signature. Please note that this is not guaranteed. If you require your retail order urgently, please select the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout. This service is available for a flat-rate of £8.00 (including VAT). Royal Mail guarantees delivery the next working day by 1 p.m. Please note that orders placed on a Friday are guaranteed for delivery by 1 p.m. on the following Monday. Parcels sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature. Orders where Royal Mail Special Delivery is requested must be received by midday in order to be despatched the same day and qualify for next working day delivery. Please note that Tissue Paper Reams and Wholesale Rigid Gift Boxes are excluded from the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service as these items are sent by courier.
* Retail orders of a large monetary value will be sent by 48 hour insured courier delivery service, unless a next day service has been requested and paid for prior to order placement.
Tissue Paper Reams and Wholesale Rigid Gift Boxes are delivered by courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
The majority of retail products we supply are flat-packed and are sent out in large A3 sized board-backed envelopes. .
Please note that if a retail order has not been delivered to you 5 working days after order placement, in the first instance, before contacting Twinklepeeps.com, we request that you contact your local delivery office (even if you have not been left a card) to see if they are holding the package.
In the event of a non-delivery, please bear in mind that Royal Mail do not consider an item is lost until 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) have elapsed. Therefore, in line with this, we will only replace or refund items after 15 working days have passed.
