1.1 In these Terms & Conditions the following definitions shall apply.

Goods - the goods purchased by You from Us.
Order - the order for Goods placed by You and accepted by Us subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Order Form - the Order Form submitted by You subject to these Terms and Conditions setting out the Goods You wish to Order;
Returns Policy - Our standard Exchanges/Returns and Refunds Policy set out on this Website;

You, Your - the person or organisation using the Website or buying Goods from Us under these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 In these Terms and Conditions references to “in writing” shall include e-mail. Any queries regarding these Terms and Conditions, the Goods or Your Order must be made to the Contact Address above.
2.1 We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours, dimensions, shapes and designs of the Goods for sale on Our Website. You acknowledge and accept however that colours, dimensions, shapes and designs shown on the Website are approximate only. Colours in particular may differ due to Your own computer visual settings and hardware.
3.1 For stock products, there is no minimum order and we are able to accept orders from customers within the UK and Europe. The minimum order for bespoke gift boxes is 50 pieces. On orders for custom made and bespoke products, quantities are subject to commercial tolerances, usually of +/-10%. The commercial tolerances relevant to the product will be stated at the time of quoting.
3.2 We must receive full payment for the goods before Your order can be accepted. We will acknowledge receipt of Your order by email but it should be noted that there is no contractual obligation to provide goods until We have received payment. If an order is placed via our Website, You will receive an email from Sage Pay (formerly Protx); Our Payment Service Provider, to confirm Your payment and We will also email You to confirm acceptance of Your order. We will then despatch Your item(s) to You. Our confirmation of despatch email will complete the requirements necessary to establish a contract between Us. We do this so that any anomalies which may arise can be resolved before We commit to provide the goods. Such anomalies may be for example, unavoidable price changes, items out of stock or some other unforeseen occurrence. In any case We will always inform You if there are any problems. If an order is placed via the phone or via email, We will send You a direct acknowledgement of Your order via email.
3.3 If our stock levels permit and You would like Your goods to be despatched on the same day of ordering, then We must receive Your order before 13:30 to allow enough time for your items to be selected and packed ready for despatch. This excludes payment by cheque. If a product is out of stock for any reason, it may not be possible to despatch goods on the same day. We will inform You of any issues.
3.4 For orders placed via Our Website, payment will be processed through Sage Pay. We will also accept payment by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Twinklepeeps'. Orders will take longer as We will wait for cheque clearance. Orders will not be despatched until cheques have fully cleared. If the cheque is not received within one week of order placement, the order will be cancelled. On larger value wholesale orders, including those for bespoke gift boxes, our preferred method of payment is via BACS.
3.5 You have the right to cancel the Order up to the point at which the Goods are despatched by Us*. If you wish to cancel then You must notify Us in writing by email. Should You cancel Your Order before despatch We will refund in full the amount forwarded by You within 21 days of the Order being cancelled. Credit card charges will be refunded via the same payment method - e.g. on the same credit card only via Sage Pay, via cheque or BACS. Our acceptance of an Order does not take place until despatch of the Order, at which point a purchase contract will be made. Any discrepancies should be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.
*This excludes bespoke orders where goods are made to Your specifications. For example, bespoke gift boxes. When You place Your order, We send You an Order Acknowledgement form which contains the details of Your order. Once this form is signed and returned, We will begin the manufacturing process, after which point, the order cannot be cancelled.
4.1 Subject to this clause 4, the price payable for Goods that You Order are as set out on Our Website. All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
4.2 Carriage for products is as detailed in the 'Carriage' section below.
4.3 Prices are subject to change without notice. Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, We reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the Website, stock holdings and prices displayed.
4.4 On bespoke orders, if delays are incurred as a result of You changing the specification of the product (for example, altering the artwork), where products have already been produced and are being stored, We reserve the right to charge a storage fee if the products have not been completed within a reasonable period.
4.5 At certain times We will introduce special offers in the form of discounts and free products. Any free products are provided in good faith and are limited to one per individual, per day. We monitor Our orders closely. Any multiple orders placed with the intention of trying to fool the system will be observed and free products will be withdrawn. We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time. In the case of a free product with an order, if the Goods are returned for a refund, the free product must also be returned in its original, unused condition or the value of the free product will be deducted from any refund.
4.6 At certain times We may run competitions where individuals may enter to win a prize of Our choice. Entrants must adhere to the competition rules outlined below:
- The competition is open to UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18.
- Only one entry per individual, per household will be accepted.
- Competition entry is by email only.
- Entrants are required to provide their full name, postal address and email address upon competition entry. This must be included in the main body of the email.
- Competition answers must be entered into the 'Subject' field of the email.
- We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if We deem it necessary.
- We reserve the right to substitute the prize with a comparable alternative if stock levels dictate this.
- We will not accept any responsibility for delayed or lost entries due to the nature of the Internet. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
- The competition deadline will be clearly stated on the website competition page. Any entries received after the specified deadline will be disregarded.

The winner will be notified at the email address provided upon entry, within 24 hours of the competition closing.
- Winners will receive their prize within 10 days of the closing date.
- The winner will be announced on this website and in Our newsletter.
- Prizes must be taken as offered. There are no cash alternatives.
- Upon entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them.
- Entrants will be subscribed to Our newsletter. There is an option to unsubscribe at any time.

- Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.1 Notwithstanding clause 3.2 and subject to Your compliance with the remainder of this clause 5, under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, You have the right to cancel Your Order without penalty at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) working day starting from the date immediately after You receive the ordered Goods (known as a 'cooling off' period). This excludes bespoke orders where goods are made to the customer's specifications. For example, bespoke gift boxes.
5.2 To cancel your Order You must notify Us in writing before the end of the period set out in clause 5.1.
5.3 All cancellations should be undertaken in accordance with and subject to Our Returns Policy.
5.4 You must send the Goods back to Our Contact Address at Your own cost and risk and We recommend that You obtain some proof of return to insure You in case the item becomes lost.
5.5 Once You have notified Us that You are cancelling Your Order, You will be required to return the Goods to Us in the condition they were in when delivered to You and in their original packaging. In the event that You cancel Your order after the Goods have been despatched, We will credit You via the same payment method - e.g. on the same credit card only via Sage Pay, via cheque or BACS as soon as possible, but in any case within 21 days of the return of Your Goods. If applicable, We shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Goods from the amount to be re-credited to You.
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
a. We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have ordered; or
b. We do not deliver to Your area or country; or
c. if one or more of the Goods You ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason; or
d. if We have reason to believe that You will fail to pay for the Goods or that You will not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 Subject to clause 7.4, We will deliver the Goods ordered by You to the address You give Us for delivery at the time You place Your Order.
7.2 For stock items, delivery will be made as soon as possible after Your Order is received, providing there is stock availability.
7.3 You will become the owner of the Goods You have ordered when You have paid for them and when they have been delivered to You. Once Goods have been delivered to You they will be held at Your own risk and We will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
7.4 For orders placed via the Website or over the telephone, where payment is processed via Sage Pay, We will only deliver goods to the registered cardholder’s address. This is a fraud prevention measure. We will not deliver to a PO Box address. We also reserve the right not to deliver Orders if We believe the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address.
7.5 For bespoke orders where items are made to order abroad, Twinklepeeps cannot be held responsible for failure to meet specified delivery times, due to Customs and Excise issues beyond our reasonable control. Every effort is made to monitor the progress of bespoke orders to avoid any issues where possible. Refunds cannot be made on bespoke orders due to late delivery caused by issues with Customs and Excise.
8.1 Subject to clause 8.4, if the Goods We deliver are not what You ordered or are damaged when You receive them or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, We shall have no liability to You unless you notify Us in writing via email or at our Contact Address of the problem within seven (7) working days starting from the date immediately after the delivery of the Goods in question.
8.2 Save as precluded by law, We will not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising and in any event our maximum liability to You shall be to refund to You the amount paid by You for the Goods giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to You for any death or personal injury resulting from Our negligence.
8.4 You acknowledge and accept that save as expressly stated on the Website We give no representation, warranty or statement as to the Goods including without limit their quality and/or suitability.

We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude our liability to You) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.

A person who is not a party to this Contract does not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any terms of this Contract but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between Us.

These Terms and Conditions, together with Our current Website prices, delivery details, Returns Policy and Privacy & Security Policy, set out the whole of Our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to You by Us. Nothing said by any sales person on Our behalf should be understood as a variation of the Terms and Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Goods offered for sale by Us. Save for fraud or misrepresentation, We shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
For wholesale rigid gift boxes, there is a flat rate delivery charge of £9.95 excl. VAT.
For reams of tissue paper, there is a flat rate delivey charge of £10.00 excl. VAT for up to and including 6 reams. Each set of up to and including 6 reams thereafter is an additional £9.50 excl. VAT.
Carriage charges for bespoke gift box orders will be confirmed before order placement and will be dependent on the quantity of boxes ordered and the delivery location.
Above costs are based on delivery to one UK mainland address. For carriage costs to highlands and islands, please call us for a price.
All products are sent via courier and will require a signature upon delivery.
Orders received via the website at anytime on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery times may be longer on larger orders and will depend on stock availability.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, customers must contact the carrier. It would be useful to photograph the damaged packaging before opening.
Note: Any discrepancies should be notified within 3 days of receipt of goods.
In line with the EU Distance Selling Directive, Twinklepeeps offers a ‘no quibble’ returns guarantee. This means that if our customers are not satisfied with their purchase we will be happy to offer a refund. We request that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the purchase date.*** We will refund the full amount paid, including any original carriage charges. Please note that we do not refund carriage paid for returns, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Twinklepeeps in which case we will pay the cost of the return carriage.
Please note that we can supply samples of Tissue Paper and Wholesale Rigid Gift Boxes so please contact us to request a sample before placing an order.
***This excludes special order items or bespoke orders where goods are made to the customer's specifications. For example, bespoke gift boxes.
If the item is received damaged or faulty other than caused by the carrier, please email us at

- Re-package item(s) in original condition and in original packaging. Please write the reason for the return on a copy/original invoice and include this in the package. Please also indicate if you require a replacement or refund.

- Send the package back to us. We require that you obtain some form of proof that the item has been sent to insure you in case the package is lost.
- If the item has been returned due to damage or a fault, other than caused by the carrier, Twinklepeeps will contact you to make arrangements to refund your carriage cost.
When returning goods to Twinklepeeps in accordance with the contract, you must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit. If you do not exercise reasonable care and the goods are damaged, we may have a claim against you for breach of this statutory duty.
Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.
