1.1 In these Terms & Conditions the following definitions shall apply.

1.2 In these Terms and Conditions references to “in writing” shall include e-mail. Any queries regarding these Terms and Conditions, the Goods or Your Order must be made to the Contact Address above.
2.1 We have made all reasonable efforts to accurately display the colours, dimensions, shapes and designs of the Goods for sale on Our Website. You acknowledge and accept however that colours, dimensions, shapes and designs shown on the Website are approximate only. Colours in particular may differ due to Your own computer visual settings and hardware.
3.1 There is no minimum order and we currently only accept orders from and deliver to customers within the UK.
3.2 We must receive full payment for the goods before Your order can be accepted. We will acknowledge receipt of Your order by email but it should be noted that there is no contractual obligation to provide goods until We have received payment. You will receive an email from Protx or PayPal (depending on the payment service provider chosen) to confirm Your payment and We will also email You to confirm acceptance of Your order. We will then despatch Your item(s) to You. Our confirmation of despatch email will complete the requirements necessary to establish a contract between Us. We do this so that any anomalies which may arise can be resolved before We commit to provide the goods. Such anomalies may be for example, unavoidable price changes, items out of stock or some other unforeseen occurrence. In any case We will always inform You if there are any problems.
3.3 If You would like Your goods to be despatched on the same day of ordering, then We must receive Your order before 12:00 midday to allow enough time for your items to be selected, packed and weighed ready for despatch. This excludes payment by cheque.
3.4 Our preferred method of payment is Protx or PayPal*. We will only accept payment by cheque on large orders. Cheques should be made payable to 'Twinklepeeps' and sent to the address given at checkout. Orders will take longer because We wait for cheque clearance. Orders will not be despatched until cheques have fully cleared. If the cheque is not received within one week of order placement, the order will be cancelled.
*Note: On orders of over £500 We currently only accept payment by BACS or cheque.
3.5 You have the right to cancel the Order up to the point at which the Goods are despatched by Us**. If you wish to cancel then You must notify Us in writing by email. Should You cancel Your Order before despatch We will refund in full the amount forwarded by You within 21 days of the Order being cancelled. Credit card charges will be refunded on the same credit card only via Protx or PayPal (depending on payment service provider chosen at order placement). Our acceptance of an Order does not take place until despatch of the Order, at which point a purchase contract will be made.
**This excludes bespoke orders where goods are made to the customer's specifications. In addition, ribbon supplied by the metre cannot be exchanged once it has been cut.
4.1 Subject to this clause 4, the price payable for Goods that You Order are as set out on Our Website.
4.2 The prices payable for Goods exclude delivery charges unless the total order value of the goods is £10.00 or above, when Postage and Packaging is inclusive. The delivery charge for orders below £10.00 is £1.95 and this will be shown separately when ordering Your Goods.
4.3 Prices are subject to change without notice. Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, We reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the Website, stock holdings and prices displayed.
4.4 At certain times We will introduce special offers in the form of discounts and free products. Any free products are provided in good faith and are limited to one per individual, per day. We monitor Our orders closely. Any multiple orders placed with the intention of trying to fool the system will be observed and free products will be withdrawn. We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time. In the case of a free product with an order, if the Goods are returned for a refund, the free product must also be returned in its original, unused condition or the value of the free product will be deducted from any refund.
4.5 At certain times We may run competitions where individuals may enter to win a prize of Our choice. Entrants must adhere to the competition rules outlined below:
- The competition is open to UK residents only and entrants must be over the age of 18.
- Only one entry per individual, per household will be accepted.
- Competition entry is by email only.
- Entrants are required to provide their full name, postal address and email address upon competition entry. This must be included in the main body of the email.
- Competition answers must be entered into the 'Subject' field of the email.
- We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if We deem it necessary.
- We reserve the right to substitute the prize with a comparable alternative if stock levels dictate this.
- We will not accept any responsibility for delayed or lost entries due to the nature of the Internet. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
- The competition deadline will be clearly stated on the website competition page. Any entries received after the specified deadline will be disregarded.

The winner will be notified at the email address provided upon entry, within 24 hours of the competition closing.
- Winners will receive their prize within 10 days of the closing date.

- Prizes must be taken as offered. There are no cash alternatives.

5.1 Notwithstanding clause 3.2 and subject to Your compliance with the remainder of this clause 5, under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, You have the right to cancel Your Order without penalty at any time up to the end of the seventh (7th) working day starting from the date immediately after You receive the ordered Goods (known as a 'cooling off' period). This excludes bespoke orders where goods are made to the customer's specifications.
5.2 To cancel your Order You must notify Us in writing before the end of the period set out in clause 5.1.
5.3 All cancellations should be undertaken in accordance with and subject to Our Returns Policy.
5.4 You must send the Goods back to Our Contact Address at Your own cost and risk and We recommend that You obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office.
5.5 Once You have notified Us that You are cancelling Your Order, You will be required to return the Goods to Us in the condition they were in when delivered to You and in their original packaging. In the event that You cancel Your order after the Goods have been despatched, We will credit You via Protx or credit Your PayPal account as soon as possible, but in any case within 21 days of the return of Your Goods. If applicable, We shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the Goods from the amount to be re-credited to You.
6.1 We reserve the right to cancel the Contract if:
a. We have insufficient stock to deliver the Goods You have ordered; or
b. We do not deliver to Your area or country; or
c. if one or more of the Goods You ordered was listed with incorrect information including without limit price, and/or description for whatever reason; or
d. if We have reason to believe that You will fail to pay for the Goods or that You will not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
7.1 Subject to clause 7.4, We will deliver the Goods ordered by You to the address You give Us for delivery at the time You place Your Order.
7.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after Your Order is received. If Your Order is received before 12:00 midday Monday to Friday, it will be despatched on the same day. This does not guarantee next day delivery.
7.3 You will become the owner of the Goods You have ordered when You have paid for them and when they have been delivered to You. Once Goods have been delivered to You they will be held at Your own risk and We will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
7.4 We will not deliver to a PO Box address. We also reserve the right not to deliver Orders if We believe the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address.
7.5 All BFPO orders are sent by Royal Mail. At times, a small surcharge may be necessary, in which case We will contact You before processing Your order.
8.1 Subject to clause 8.4, if the Goods We deliver are not what You ordered or are damaged when You receive them or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, We shall have no liability to You unless you notify Us in writing at our Contact Address of the problem within seven (7) working days starting from the date immediately after the delivery of the Goods in question.
8.2 Save as precluded by law, We will not be liable to You for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising and in any event our maximum liability to You shall be to refund to You the amount paid by You for the Goods giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to You for any death or personal injury resulting from Our negligence.
8.4 You acknowledge and accept that save as expressly stated on the Website We give no representation, warranty or statement as to the Goods including without limit their quality and/or suitability.

We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs, terrorism and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude our liability to You) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.

These Terms and Conditions, together with Our current Website prices, delivery details, Returns Policy and Privacy & Security Policy, set out the whole of Our agreement relating to the supply of the Goods to You by Us. Nothing said by any sales person on Our behalf should be understood as a variation of the Terms and Conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any Goods offered for sale by Us. Save for fraud or misrepresentation, We shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
Postage and Packaging is inclusive on all orders of £10.00 and above.
On orders up to £9.99 we charge a flat rate on Postage and Packaging of £1.95.
Our products are well packaged using high quality materials. Please note that our Online Shop can receive orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. During weekdays, any orders received before 12:00 midday will be despatched by Royal Mail First Class on the same day*. Orders received after 12:00 midday will be despatched the following day*. However, any orders placed after 12:00 midday on Friday afternoon will not be despatched until Monday morning, unless it is a Bank Holiday in which case the order will be despatched the day after*. If we encounter any delays we will contact you as soon as possible.
* Items will be despatched providing that they are in stock.
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail First Class** which aims for next working day delivery. Please note that this is not guaranteed. Therefore, if you require your order urgently, please to enquire about the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service before placing your order. There will be an additional charge for this service.
** Orders of a large monetary value will be sent by 48 hour insured courier delivery service, unless a next day service has been requested and paid for prior to order placement.
Orders received at anytime on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery times may be longer on larger orders and will depend on stock availability.
Please note that we cannot accept liability for items damaged in transit. In this instance, customers must contact the carrier. It would be useful to photograph the damaged packaging before opening.
The majority of products we supply are flat-packed and are sent out in large A3 sized board-backed envelopes. Therefore, if there is nobody available to take delivery, due to the size of the package being too big for a standard letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card, asking the recipient to contact the local delivery office.
Please note that if an item has not been delivered to you 5 working days after order placement, in the first instance, before contacting Twinklepeeps.com, we request that you contact your local delivery office (even if you have not been left a card) to see if they are holding the package.
If the event of a non-delivery, please bear in mind that Royal Mail do not consider an item is lost until 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) have elapsed. Therefore, in line with this, we will only replace or refund items after 15 working days have passed.
Twinklepeeps.com offers a ‘no quibble’ returns guarantee. This means that if our customers are not satisfied with their purchase we will be happy to offer a refund providing that the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the purchase date.*** We will refund the full amount paid, excluding any postage and packaging charges. Please note that we do not refund postage paid for delivery or returns, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Twinklepeeps.com in which case we will refund the delivery charge.

- Re-package item(s) in original condition and in original packaging. Please write the reason for the return on a copy/original invoice and include this in the package. Please also indicate if you require a replacement or refund.

- Post the package back to Twinklepeeps.com. We require that you obtain at least a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning items to us, to insure you against lost post.
- If the item was returned due to damage or a fault, other than caused by the carrier, Twinklepeeps.com will contact you to make arrangements to refund your postage cost.
Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.
